Server log data
We - the website operator and accordingly the internet service provider - collect access data due to our eligible interest (see art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO/GDPR) and save them in "server-logfiles" on the website server. This relates to the following data:
- Address of the page you visited last, or from where you followed a link to the current page (referrer URL)
- Timestamp logging when the webpage was accessed
- Quantity of transmitted data in byte
- Browser software (name, version number, set language, operating system)
- IP address of your computer (shortened)
- Port number used
The server log files will be saved for max. 7 days and then deleted. The data will be stored for security reasons, e.g. to detect malpractice. For arguments data have to be stored until the incident is clarified.
Processing of personal data
The website operator does not collect, process or pass on your personal data.
Applicability of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
The provisions of the German Telemedia Act apply to this website. Subject to special statutory provisions, the German Federal Data Protection Act also applies insofar as personal data is processed on this website. From 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new version of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG n.F.) also apply.
Handling of contact details
If you contact us your data will only be collected to answer your inquiry. Data is not passed on to third parties without your consent.
You have the right at any time to obtain specific information about the data stored about you, to view this data and to demand that incorrect data about you be corrected or that the stored data be completely or partially deleted. If you presume that your data is processed unlawfully you can file a complaint at the competent supervisory authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Tel.: 0981 53 1228, www.lda.bayern.de).
Deletion of data
You have the right to demand the deletion of your data. The relevant data will then be deleted or blocked immediately, in accordance with legal storage periods.
Revocation of your consent
